Returns

Return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Return within 60 days of purchase for a gift certificate.
Exchange within 60 days of purchase for another item.

  • Item must be in original condition to receive a refund, gift certificate, or exchange.
  • Include a copy of the receipt or the order number with your return. (If you cannot find this information please include the exact address the order was mailed to and we’ll take it from there).
  • Please return items in a box (not a bubble mailer as they aren’t tough enough).
  • If exchanging an item that was not defective, please include a $3.00 (check, cash, or money order) for return shipping.

    Exchanging Rings for Another Size

    Please note that we will only exchange a ring if your first ring is in it’s original condition.

    To exchange a ring for another size, please email orders@silver-insanity.com with the following information:

    • Order # (or the address that the package was mailed to).
    • Name and size of the ring you want us to send to you.

    Please wait for us to respond to your email before mailing us the ring you’d like to exchange. After we notify you that we have the size you want in stock, please mail back the ring you’d like to exchange.

    If the ring is in it’s original condition then just mail it back to us along with:

    • $3.00 (check, cash, or money order) - for return shipping
    • Copy of Receipt or just the order #

    Please return the ring in a box (not a bubble mailer - they aren't tough enough).

    Exchanging Defective Items

    We do our best to ensure items are in perfect condition before we send them out. If you receive an order that is less than perfect, please let us know asap. We are so sorry about the error!

    • Please email orders@silver-insanity.com with the following information:
    • Your order # (If you don’t have the order # then please include the address that the package was mailed to).
    • Name of the item that is defective.

    If you don’t get a response within 24 hours or you are not happy with the way the problem was handled, please send the complaint to jj@silver-insanity.com


    Exchanging Items that are NOT Defective

    We accept exchanges as long as the item you ordered is returned to us in it’s original condition within 60 days of purchase.

    Please browse our website (www.silver-insanity.com) for an item that you’d like to exchange for.

    Next, please return the item that you do not want along with:

    • Order # (If you don’t have the order # then just include the address that the package was mailed to).
    • Name of the item that is being returned.
    • Name of the item that you want to exchange for (alternatively we can email you a gift certificate).

    Please return the item in a box to:

    Refunds

    We will refund your order once the items are returned to us in their original condition if they are received within 30 days of purchase.

    Please return the item along with the following:

    • Order # (If you don’t have the order # then just include the address that the package was mailed to).
    • Name of the item that is being returned.
