Returns

• We will gladly exchange the items for you or issue a refund.

Exchanges

• Browse our items and e-mail us (orders@silver-insanity.com) what you would like to exchange your returned item for.

Defective Items

• We do our best to prevent defective items, but in the rare event they occur, we are happy to refund or send a replacement.
• Once the item is returned, we will reimburse you for return shipping charges via USPS First Class Mail ($0.60 to $3.00) and mail out a proper replacement.

Gift Messages

• All gift messages are free! You can add a gift message for each item in your order. If you select one of our gift-wrap options, we will print your message on a gift card. Otherwise, we'll include your message on the packing slip.

Gift Wrapping

• During the checkout process, you can choose to add a gift box for an additional $3.99 charge.  If you choose this option, we will prepare your item in a beautiful gift box and your gift message will be printed on a small gift card.
