I want to exchange my ring for a different size
I received a defective item. I want to exchange my defective item for one in perfect condition
I don't like my item. I want to exchange it for something else from your collection.
I don't like my item. I want a refund.

How much time do I have to return something?
    Amount of Time to Return Order:
  • Return within 30 days of purchase for refund
  • Return within 60 days of purchase for gift certificate
  • Exchange within 60 days of purchase for another item

What do I include in the Return?
    Return Requirements:
  • Item is in Original condition
  • Include Copy of Receipt or just the Order # with the return
    If you do not have any of this information then just include the exact address that the package was mailed to and I'll take it from there.
  • Return items in a box (not a bubble mailer - they aren't tough enough)

  • *When exchanging items that were not defective, please include $3.00 (check, cash, or money order) for return shipping.

No, a return authorization # is not needed.. Just follow the return directions.


I want to exchange my ring for a different size.

Sure, you can.
First, you need to e-mail me and let me know about what size you need so that I can set the ring aside for you.

Send the following information:
Order # (If you don't have the order # then just include the address that the package was mailed to.)
Name and size of ring that you want to send back
Size of ring that you want us to send to you
E-mail this information to: orders@silver-insanity.com

Once we have set the replacement ring aside for you then you can send back the ring that you do not want as long as it meets this requirement:
The ring is in original condition

If the ring is in original condition then just mail it back to us along with:
$3.00 (check, cash, or money order) - for Return shipping
Copy of Receipt or just the Order # with the return
If you do not have any of this information then just include the exact address that the package was mailed to and I'll take it from there.
Return it in a box (not a bubble mailer - they aren't tough enough)
